What you want to do is outside the realm of this addon. This addon is what's called a "custom template" in the Concrete5 world, which means it is built on top of the existing "Form" block that comes pre-installed with C5 sites and only affects how it looks -- not how any of its fields function.

In other words, to accomplish what you want, you need to modify the "Form" block, not this addon (you could still use this addon on top of the modified Form block though). You'll probably want to search the forums for how to do this or post a new message to the "Building With Concrete5" forum if you don't find an existing solution.

Also, if you have a budget for your project, the "Advanced Form" addon in the marketplace is not free, but I believe it has this functionality (and a lot more).
