I have had someone else with the same question under this support ticket:https://marketplace.concretecms.com/marketplace/addons/mail-service-... I tried installing that version of concrete but it doesn't work.
I will see if they have a newer, working version and try to bring out a version for this version of concrete if I can get it to work. I'm not sure though how long I will still be supporting Mandrill though because they don't have free accounts or developer accounts so I can't test the integration with their API. I would have to get a paid account and that would cost me more money than it brings in.
I will look into it soon. Let's say I will get back to you before the end of April.
