I had a look at the controller for custom forms and it doesn't use a spam check. The normal form block and the express form block do. If you want to use it in a custom form you need to do a little coding. Do you have any programming knowledge?

My need is use the spam check in a custom form not in a block, just view and submit function on controller, but is the same in a block.

I can use the spam chek calling this? :

$antispam = Core::make('helper/validation/antispam');
if (!$antispam->check($submittedData, 'form_block')) {......
