Explorer 9 Issue

I have this menu all nice and configured, and works perfectly in all browsers including on Ipads and andriod phones.
How ever stupid Explorer 9 on win7 and explore 9 on xp both don't display the 3rd lvl sub menus? I know its a z-index problem becasue I had to set the z-index to 2 to come above my other layers? But When I change the z-index on the second lvl, the 3rd lvl stops working?? Only in explorer?

I have teh latest version, and even tried re-styling the theme from the new css files on the update but I get the same issue?
I am going a little mad here? I don't get why I can't see only the 3rd lvl any ideas help Thanks you.

Hi! As I can see - you using old version. Your CSS is not from latest version of package.
I guess you have fixed it by now, since I checked the site on IE,FF and Chrome and was working normally. I just want to correct something. There is no IE9 on Windows XP. Such thing does not exist :) Last is IE8 for XP. Just to keep future readers losing hours to try to get IE9 for XP :)

Yes.. It seemed I had a css error or rule out of place so I restyled from scratch using the new Css template and it works.
