Progress bar doesn't always work and audio doesn't always play

Permalink Browser Info Environment
The progress seems to work for the first audio track in my list but none of the other ones.

Also, I'm having another issue that I can't tell if it's the fault of the web server or the Audio Library block but I'm having issues playing some of the tracks. Sometimes when I click on a track, it seems like it won't play. I thought for a while that it really just wouldn't play at all and then after about a minute, it started playing. I guess it's buffering? I just don't understand why it would do that sometimes and not others. It almost always plays the first track immediately, as long as it hasn't already been played. Going back and playing a track that has already played almost always causes it to delay for 30 seconds to a minute before playing.

Is there something I can do to make sure the progress bar always plays?

Is there something I can do to either make sure the audio files play immediately (or at least within 5 seconds or so) or have some kind of buffering message so at least people know that something is happening? Otherwise I'm afraid they'll think it's just not working.

Here's a link to the page where the player is installed if that helps at all:

Hmm, very curious.

When I click to listen to a message the first time, it plays instantly. If I've clicked to play anything before, however, there's the long delay.

Is that how it responds for you as well? Beyond the first track?

Yes, usually if I haven't played a track yet, it'll play fine the first time. If I go back to it, it usually won't play for a while. In some case I also noticed that if I play track A, B and then C, then go back to A (A won't play), then to B (B won't play) and then back to C (C will play immediately) - almost like it was still on that track. I say usually because it's not always that way but seems to happen most of the time.

Also, it seems like the first track always plays the first time if I use the play button but if I click on the actual name of the track, I'll get the delay sometimes.

Hi, any more thoughts on what could be causing these playback issues and how they might be fixed?

Thanks.
