Error when adding a block

When I add a block created with Block designer (pro) and hit the 'Add' key I get a blank screen with an error message:
{"message":null,"title":null,"time":"2017-06-16 09:17:53","redirectURL":"","btID":"52","bID":"762","arHandle":"Main area","aID":"523","cID":"1","pages":[{"name":"Home","cID":"1"}]}.

This happens with every created block, not with core blocks. The above error was for a block with only static HTML. At first it seems that the block is also not added to the page, but when you leave the age and then return, the block is added to the page.

I am using the latest versions of block designer pro.

Any ideas as to what is happening, and how to fix it?

Hi Frans,

Please post your config.json file, located in 

/application/blocks/your_block_handle


I can then investige what possibly could go wrong. I'm guessing only static HTML blocks won't save, since the block can not get/save any data and returns a JavaScript error. The block could be added indeed, but still, only the block itself exists. Let me know what you config is, and we can work from there!

I think the issue is solved.

I noticed that the problem did not occur when I activated another theme. So I checked the theme that caused the problem and made some changes which seem to fix the issue.

So for now the issue can be closed.

Ah, those are the better issues haha. If it works with Elemental, it indeed should be a theme issue.
