Considering buying your add-on. Just want to know does it work okay on mobile/tablet versions of websites?

Thanks for your interest and questions. Here's some answers:
1) Yes, it will work fine on mobile/tablet devices;
2) Correct, to make the popup disappear after the event, just delete the block. If you want to apply it site-wide quickly, just add it to a global area.
3) In theory, yes, you can have more than 1 popup block per page. For usability sake I wouldn't suggest having 2 popups open upon page load. But if you really want to, then that's up to you. You could also combine the content of 2 popups into 1 (subscribe & special event).
Hope this helps.

Hey
Thanks for the quick response. You have yourself a customer.

Great to hear :-)
I am probably posting this in the wrong category but I have bought your block and set it up, only small issue I have is that on my phone (Samsung S4) part of the message doesn't display - it's too wide for the screen. Displays okay in landscape or on my tablet.
It's fine to post here.
What theme did you apply to the popup page (if using an iframe)? Or if it's other content, the width can be affected by your theme's css. As each theme is different, the easiest way to help troubleshoot that is if you can send through a public URL where this block is being used so I can dig deeper.

No IFrame just added into the page. The theme is Slate (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/themes/slate/) - am using the purchased version - site is .http://edgeworthstown.net/
Thanks
Thanks
Ah, I see. Try this quick tweak:
In this file:
http://edgeworthstown.net/packages/jb_bounce_box/blocks/jb_bounce_b...
on line 2, change the width from 400px to 360px.
And line 18, change "left: 405px" to "left: 365px" (or whatever width you want for the box + 5).
The first change modifies the width of the bounce box and the 2nd moves the "x" close button into alignment.
If you have any questions, just let me know.

Hi couldn't try your solution - for some reason in the past 24 hours I cannot edit files (have an issue with another block for which the author supplied two code snippets on two different days, one I added with no problems but got read only errors today. Same with your solution. I have a ticket raised with web hosting company. Will re-try when i can
Ok, no worries. Thanks for the update.
Can you have more than one instance of this add-on? Let's say i have a reoccurring item (subscribe to our site for example) and a limited time (come to our launch night end o this month)
