Since upgrading to Concrete 5 (5.8.4) - we are not able to get the slider to appear to the live site pages;

Permalink Browser Info Environment
We recently needed to update the concrete 5 CMS to 5.8.4 and now the fabulous before & after images with a slider no longer works. On a Mac in Firefox and Chrome, you see the images displayed horizontally over each other when on the 'public' site pages. But if you login to the CMS, and view the page, you see the slider working. Attached is an image file showing it horizontally (See: https://www.brilliantbodywork.com/acne-clinic/acne-treatment)...

Also is attached a screenshot of the same page while logged into the CMS.

Would you be able to help us figure out how we can have this block function correctly?

Thank you,
Pat Mundsack

Hi Pat

I have just tried to install the package on Concrete5 8.5.3, and the package works correctly on both Firefox and Chrome on my Windows 10.

So the question is, if the problem you have is only on Mac or there is something going on with the css on the page.

The link for the page on your website gives a 404, so I haven't been able to see what is going on on the page.

Hi Ronny - the C5 version on the site is 8.5.4 (not 8.5.3) - and the link to a sample page is:
https://www.brilliantbodywork.com/acne-clinic/acne-treatment)...

Please let me know what you see.

Kind regards,
Pat

PS - I noticed the link is has a series of periods being inserted when I save it.

Please remove those to end the URL for the page so it is:https://www.brilliantbodywork.com/acne-clinic/acne-treatment...

again - remove the 3 periods from the URL

Hi Pat

I had a look, and I can see that the TwentyTwenty javascript isn't loading.
I have a feeling it may be the cache that is having a problem.
So what I want you to do is go to the search in the upper bar and search for "Clear cache", go to that page and run it and see if that helps.

If that doesn't help, I would like to get admin access to the site and look deeper in to it.
You can send the login information as a PM, instead of sending it to this support forum.

HI Ronny - please email me your direct email. I have tried everything and cleared site cache. No change.
