Error message while installing this add-on

Hello!
While trying to install the add-on directly through my website I got this error message:
mysql error: [1142: CREATE command denied to user 'phonedoc'@'localhost' for table 'btBootstrapImageGallery'] in EXECUTE("CREATE TABLE btBootstrapImageGallery ( bID INTEGER UNSIGNED NOT NULL, fsID INTEGER UNSIGNED, imgwidth VARCHAR(255), imgheight VARCHAR(255), aspectratio VARCHAR(255), checkimg VARCHAR(255), startss VARCHAR(255), tfull VARCHAR(255), cdnstatus VARCHAR(255), autocdn VARCHAR(255), cdnurl VARCHAR(255), downloadbtn VARCHAR(255), showcaption VARCHAR(255), PRIMARY KEY (bID) )")
Do you know whats wrong and how I do to fix it?
