Getting rid of the c5hub logo and link.

Is there a way to get rid of the c5hub logo? I realize it's a free add-on (and I thank you for that ) but this should be optional. I can hack the view.php file but that shouldn't be necessary.

As is common with a lot of free web services these days, there is some branding associated. This can be removed in the code.
