Hi,
This is a popular feature request here in the islands where holidays rentals are popular. Usually at the customer's request, they deliver car to guest houses, private homes, etc. It is not to be added as a drop down... drop down will be for standard/popular locations eg airports.

They can easily write such request in the message block when booking the car
No, a customer can't add locations. Otherwise the admin will have to check them all every time - no control.
