Hello,
I'm still diving into Advanced Forms / Data Display and mostly figuring things out, but the page creation function has been eluding me. I've created a List Template and Detail Template and I know they work because everything functions when I set them up manually. However, whenever I try selecting "Yes" for Create a new page in my form options I run into trouble. After filling out and submitting the page I get an error saying "There was an error submitting this form. Please contact the administrator of this site."

The data does get saved into my records, but no new page is added to the site map. Are there requirements I'm missing? The page name is mapping to the first field of my form. Everything else is left blank. I've tried making the new page a child of the form itself and also of other pages. Neither seems to work.
