Data Displays with Detail template, then disappears

Hi Forum,
I'm having problems with a basic detail template. I have data in my advanced form, and I have a simple detail block on my page. The data will display for about 20 minutes, but then will stop displaying until I add a new record, in which case it almost "refreshes" the system and will display the data again. I'm sure it's something wrong in my very basic html:

<center> <field name="Category" /></center>
<center> <font size="1"> <field name="Session Time" /> </font></center>
<field name="Session Number" placeholder="My Session" />
<center> <a href="http://www.mywebaddress.com/{{My Session}}">RESERVE</a></center>
</Body>
</html>
Any help would be appreciated to get this to xml compliant...which I think is the issue. I think it wants me to use html 4.01 Transitional.
