edit / delete links

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi, the edit and delete links in DD work fine if you are Admin, for a normal user if you are the owner of the record the links are displayed but when you click on them nothing happens. I've confirmed the problem on two servers. Anyone have a fix for this?
