HTML codes in output
Permalink Browser Info Environment
I am having issues with HTML code being output when copying the info from other pages and/or other programs.
For example, a space between 2 words or items, will show the non-breaking space code in the text. Also note that some of the code for special characters, like an em Dash output code instead of the character or the arrows or other symbols.
In the core, when you use a WYSIWYG, this doesn't happen so I'm not sure why it would be different in this case.
Any thoughts on how one might strip HTML code from the output?

Still need help on this one ... anyone?
I am having the same issue.
Not certain if you have this fixed yet but found this back in the stacks and thought I would pass it along. Just add the attribute html="true" to the field. It worked for me.

Cmurray is right. Adding html="true" to the field should take care of things.
