Linking to pages created by Advanced Form submission

I chose to go the route of having AF submission create pages for search/SEO purposes. What I can't figure out is how to link to those pages in a list template. Using the {{DETAILURL}} isn't appropriate and when you place the block on the page the only options for linking the detail URLs is to show it on this page or another page with a Data Display block on it already. I want the link to go directly to the page created by the AF submission.
Is this possible?
