Problems submitting records

Permalink Browser Info Environment
For some reason, when I make a change to a record (clicking submit) the "processing" message keeps spinning and the pop-up box never disappears. This isn't a dealbreaker, the record has been submitted and all you have to do is wait a second or two and then close the box, but my customers don't get this.

Any ideas about what may be causing this?

It does this on the back-end? What browser are they using? Do you mind giving me access info?

It's everybody/all browsers. I actually found a workaround that seemed to fix the problem, but I'm not sure why it worked. I turned the option on to have submissions create a new page on the site, submitted the changes, then went back in and undid that change. Now the pop-ups behave correctly. Something about turning that feature on and off again corrected the problem.

I had the same problem on a test site I was working on and I noticed it went away when I turned on the feature to create new pages on submission.

If you would like access to the client site with the problem I can set that up.

Yeah, if you can PM me login info, that would be great. I can't replicate this locally...
