I installed this add-on on a Concrete 5.5.2.1 site with no error messages or problems during the install. When I click on the link in the Dashboard I get this error message: "500 Internal Server Error. The page cannot be displayed."

Thanks for any help/tips provided in fixing this. If I'm not providing enough info, please let me know and I'll provide whatever info is needed.
