Are you looking for a way to specify dealers by latitude / longitude rather than street address?
Yes, because since the dealers are in Puerto Rico i don't know why is not very accurate. It put the pin near but not exact.
I already uncomment the longitude and latitude of the dashboard form. But i cant changed.

Attached is a new version of the /packages/dealer_locator/controllers/dashboard/dealer_locator/controller.php file that will save the lat and longitude if you manually enter them. If you don't enter them it'll look up the lat/lng from google.
