Are you 100% sure the CSV is properly formatted?

When I grab the CSV from the export, change values, and upload it - it imports fine.

This leads me to assume that there's something funky in your CSV data...?

They're all showing up correctly in the dashboard. (see screenshot).. And apparently theres not even a way to delete all of them and do it again without having to delete one page of dealers at a time? Really?

Oh, guess I was confused on what was showing up blank. Data works but display doesn't? Have you tested it on a fresh theme? If you PM me the CSV I'll try it on the demo.

For the other question, you shouldn't have to delete entries one page at a time before importing again. See docs:

Two options allow to to control what the Dealer Locator does with the imported data:

Replace - This option wipes out the current dealer records and replaces them with the entries contained in your CSV file. This option works well for users who prefer to manage their dealer list outside of concrete5, in a program like Excel. The whole set of records would simply be replaced each time you imported.
Append - This adds the new data to your existing dealer entries. This option is good if you want to keep the existing data, but add a batch of new records.
