Not so easy news :(

Am I the only person that cannot get this working?
The video provided does not help to make this work - and the fact there is no sound doesn't help either.
Please can someone produce a step-by-step guide on how to create the pages, names and other things required.
I have created the news section, as in the video, and added an article.
I have a new page under the news section - great :)
Unfortunately there is no contents to the page - it's just a blank version of the page type (with all the other things added to the default page type - navigation and blocks etc)
What do I have to add to the page to get this to work?
I would like to add the the following:

News title

posting date/time

News contents
Please help - this sounds like a great addition but I would like it more if it worked!

Thanks Hanicker, but I'm going to need some more specific info please - I'm not a programmer :(
Is there just a block I can pop in the news default page to show the articles?
My areas are called 'main' and 'sidebar' to show a right hand side sidebar.

I've figured it out - your area is called 'Main' - capital M
Mine was called 'main' - lowercase m
Sigh...
It works now :)
