Customise Easy Tabs Block

I need to customise the Easy Tabs with a few tweaks. I’m a beginner and I don’t want to charge in and make a complete mess!
I’m using the multi skin template option 4 and would like to change the following:
1) The grey and white tab colour. The active tab is white and the inactive tab is grey. I’d like to be able to customise the colour.
2) The tabs font colour.
3) Remove the outline border.
However I’m not sure where to look or what to look for!
If anyone could point me in the right direction I’d be very grateful!
