Error message, "Oops Noit Enough Rows"

I created a layout with 5 row and 1 column. I added the easy tabs block to one of the rows and I get a message, "Oops Noit Enough Rows" and there is nothing further that can be done with the block.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
