Set width with Multi-Skins

I can't seem to control the width of the content of the add-on when using the multi-skins...skin 6, 12, 11, 2,etc
It looks like wrapper is set to 400px and i can't get it to move off of that.no matter what i write in the css
I've been thru all the css (global and skin css) and can't find this.
