Support for "Shared" payments

I have received a request for supporting eWay's "Shared" payments as well. This will be incorporated into the next version.

eWay shared payments allow collecting of credit card information by eWay's site removing the need for an SSL certificate or collecting the data directly.

The Shared payment types are supported as of version 0.5.
