We are asking for a refund. The product description excluded information about additional fees to fully enable the products usage. This was not accurately communicated until after the purchase and account was created with 3rd party.

The add-on's description has as its third paragraph "Snipcart is a shopping cart platform that cleanly integrates with websites, with no setup fee and low cost transaction fees.", where I link the words transaction fees directly to Snipcart's pricing page.
I've specifically said there are transaction fees and I can't really do anything beyond linking to their site/page without running the risk of them changing things and then having my details inconsistent.
So I'm not quite sure how this was seen as excluding information or not communicated.
