Thanks for your interest in my Enhanced User List (EUL) addd-on. It does allow for filtering by custom or predefined attributes. HOWEVER, it's important to understand that the filters are set up / configured when the block is placed on the page. Visitors to the web page cannot filter the list; they just see the pre-filtered list that has already been configured.
If you need front end filtering (i.e. visitors to be able to search/filter), I might be available for custom development work depending on your needs, but the add-on does not do that "out of the box".
