can this contact form get the from address from the email address field where the user enters there address so when you receive the message you can simply hit reply and it will reply to their email address?

You are able to reply to an emailaddress enterted in the form!

Very nice - you should mention this in the features page. Definitely an annoyance in the packaged form option.
