To be honest, I'm not quite sure. I'm trying to validate for xhtml strict.

I think the error has something to do with unencoded ampersands - but I'm just a level 1 hack.

I'll set this up on a blank page to get rid of the other stuff, be right back.....

Hi,

Upload the following files please....

Upload the view.php and controller.php in the block/extended_form directory.

Upload the survey.php in the models directory.

Please let me know if it works!
