Locations order & info window

Hi, i have alot of locations to add and i wish to keep them in alphabetical order. Is there any way to add a up and down option when adding a new location?
I noticed that text in info window is working fine but as soon that you insert a picture the content vanish once saved. Only one info window can carry a picture and must be the last location added.
