Maps floating in wrong area

when there are multiple custom markers and single marker they float out of location, when u zoom in real tight its accurate. but not zoomed out in overview mode. Any idea what might be causing this?

The markers are aligned in the middle of the image. The point you created at the bottom of the marker isn't the actual point where the marker is placed.
There is a possibillity to align the markers, but this is a bit complex and for all the markers, even if they are different.
My advice would be to add half of the marker height to the bottom of the markerimage. Make this part transparant. This should improve the markers pointing position.
