Extreme Clean is definitely compatible with your core and php versions, but not at the v7.2.0 you have installed. So your suggestion is correct, to uninstall, then install the latest.
To uninstall
- 1. Uninstall the addon in the dashboard
- 2. In your linked marketplace account, go to your respective project page and release the addon from the project
-3. You now have a choice:
- 3a Reinstall latest your site's marketplace installation
OR
- 3b Manually install.
If you opt for 3b, here are my general notes on a manual install
- In your concrete account, find the addon/theme in your Purchase History > Licenses and download. Make sure to scroll down to the most recent version before downloading.
- Then copy the zip to your site /packages/ directory and unzip (not /concrete/packages !!!). This is usually easiest using your host cPanel file manager.
- In your site, visit the Dashboard > Extend page and the theme package will be ready to install or update
