SSL Pages not being forced to full SSL - after site updated to 5.6.2.1

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Sorry for cross posts (posted in support) but looked and saw this might be a better place to post.

I just updated to the latest release of Concrete 5.6.2.1. When I updated an error flashed about the FORCE SSL plugin, but I didn't get a chance to capture the line. Update said it was done. Site seemed to be a-okay. Now though (after clearing cache 2-3 times and uninstalling clearing cache 2+ times and installing and clearing cache) - my pages are loading, but the pages are not being forced to full ssl. When you look to the secure icon in Firefox and others it says it is blocked on secure parts of the page.

This was working prior to the update.

Short of rolling back to the previous version of Concrete do you have any suggestions for next steps?

Paul
