Elements in a duplicated form are not in the same order as original

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi Corretje,

I am duplicating my dorms to translate them and each time I do so, the order of the elements in the duplicated form is all mixed up - some of my forms have upwards of 80 elements!

Thanks,
Marc

I can confirm this works now. Thanks!
Just a minor duplication bug left I noticed, dependency rules for e-mails are duplicated without values.
