Client not receiving email

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I built a form on my client's website and tested it using multiple email addresses and I always receive the email as both the "send to" and "contact." However, my client does not get an email for either. Their IT guy says nothing is hitting the spam filter, so I have no idea what is going on. Any ideas? Please help!

No files or folders need to be chmod.
Check the default form block and see if that wil send mails. I think your provider doesn't allow mailing with php.

Best,

Corretje
