Only content of individual elements transmitted by email - how?

While results in transmission of the values of ALL fields of a form, i wonder what code would be needed to transport only the values of individual fields in order to hide the others.
I have played around with snippets like or etc, but without luck...

You can select each element individually. So you should be able to manage like that...
