Is it possible to base the mail recipient on the logged in user?

I'm setting up some quiz forms on a page and different people will be logging in but for privacy sake I don't want to have to use a drop down showing everyone that the quiz/test could be sent to or having someone select the wrong destination.

Is this possible?
