Error on submission

Hi,
I've started getting a 'Fatal error: Uncaught exception' popping up when a form is submitted when it used to re-direct to another page. I'm looking around trying to find a figure it out but was wondering if you could have a look at the full error message below and see if it's something you've come across before. It used to work ok, so not sure if it's been after a concrete update.... It could have been throwing this up for some time so I couldn't say which version it was working on.
Any help much appreciated!

Sorry for the late reply....
I think there is an error in your logs table of the database.
Check if your primary key in the logs table is still set and see if it is auto-incremental.
