is there a way of backing up my formidable form

I am reinstalling everything on another site. is there a way that I can backup my forms and put them all back at the new site.

Sorry for my late reply, but I don't always look on the forum...
No there is no specified backup tool yet, but you can backup from the database.
If you backup all the tables starting with "Formidable..." you should have everything.
