preg_match and urlify

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

Some of you are getting a preg_match error when viewing the results of Formidable. This is a known issue and a bug in Concrete5.

After some searching I found the following topic:http://www.concrete5.org/developers/bugs/5-6-2-1/regex-issue/...
Seems the error is a C5 error.

To fix this do the following:
Please rename the attached file to .php and upload in /libraries/3rdparty/
If the directory doesn’t exist create it.

Best,

Corretje

Thank you for your response.

I placed the file you attached in the libraries/thirdparty/ location. I cannot see where it has fixed the problem. Is there something additional I need to do??

The specific page with the formidible form is: http://justforadvisors.businesswealthsolutions.net/index.php/how-it...

Thank you.

Seems there is no form at all!? Could you try clearing the cache?
If that doesn't work..., please try adding another form within the dashboard and the select it in your page. See if that helps?!

I've cleared the cache and created another form (there IS one listed that is my "real" form) but the new form does not show up either.

Can you check the form in the dashboard. Are there any elements in the form? Seems the the form is empty. If there are not, check the database for table "FormidableFormElements". See if your elements are there and check if they have a formID.

Please see attached screenshots. There are forms in my "real" form and the test form I created. I've also included a screenshot of the database where there are elements and a formID for all of them.

Okey! Thank you. Very clear.

Here some options you can try:

- Check if you are overwriting the view in the core/blocks/formidable/
- Change the template of the block
- Remove "Formidable" block from page and add it again.
- Create a new page and add "Formidable" block
- Clear all the page versions of your page, then clear the cache and reload

Hope one of these work!

Best,

Corretje
