Form with conditional fields

Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,

I try this add-on in the demo page for conditional fields, but don't work fine. I put three fields, first field (A) to choose between national or international, then if national the form need to show one field (B) with some values, else other field (C) with other values.
The problem is that the field B, never hide in the form, is always visible. And the rule clearly said that this field must be hide when the field A have the international value.

I don´t know if its posible to do this?

Thanks,

I also attempted this in the demo and it, among other things, seemed a little glitchy so I just assumed it was the demo site. I decided to purchase the add-on and test it on one of my own sites and sure enough the "visibility rules", among other functionality, does not seem to work.

Please provide an update asap to address this issue.

Just a quick update: the issues has turned out to be a little deeper than expected. I'm trying to address it without re-writing the whole visibility rules system. I still hope to have a new version posted today.

So i've downloaded the latest updated, 1.3.2.2, and the "Hide" option under visibility rules is working but "Show" doesn't seem to be working properly.

Example Form
Field 1 - Textbox (Name)
Field 2 - Radio (Options - Phone or Email)
Field 3 - Textbox (Phone) [Visibility Rule - If phone is selected in field 2 then show this field]
Field 4 - Textbox (Email) [Visibility Rule - If email is selected in field 2 then show this field]
{Submit Button}

In this example when you first load the form only field 1, field 2, and the submit button should be showing. Then, based on what you select in field 2 either field 3 or field 4 will appear. However, using these options no field is ever hidden by default thus no matter what you select there is nothing new to show.

Please correct me if I'm wrong in my assumption of how this function should be working but it appears this is still broken.

Note: all caches are off and I am using the latest version of C5

I review it in the demo site, and the behavior is as you said. I do several test and believe that some times the rule Works if you put it in contrary logic. for example, if field1 = true then show field2, change for if field1 = false then hide field2. :)
But again, the behavior is not completely good.

Update: I installed a fresh copy of C5, installed Formify and turned off all caches, nothing else has been changed. The conditional fields are working sometimes. I created the sample form from my previous comment and it works if you use radios or a select but there has to be a third option (or blank first with select). Using Checkboxes it doesn't seem to be working at all still. So it appears it is working but glitchy.
