If WYSIWYG field used form will not submit and can not see records
Permalink Browser Info Environment
When I setup a form with three fields; one text, one email and one WYSIWYG and put something in the WYSIWYG get field the form will not submit. The Submit button changes to Processing but never finishes. When I use the same form and leave the WYSIWYG field blank the form submits.
Then when I go to the dashboard it says I have two records. When I click on the records tab I get the following error statement " Call to a member function getBlock() on a non-object."
Thanks!

That did not work, same results.
This time I completely removed the old theme and installed a different one from a different source and go the same result.
Hmm sorry to hear that. I have not been able to get a similar message on my installations. HAve you updated to the latest version 1.2.3? I would also suggest uninstalling and completely deleting the package then clearing c5 cache from systems and settings and then re-installing it. Does it only behave this way on the WYSIWYG field. Have you selected any particular options for that field type?
Can you send me a link to the page?

Test for on this page.
I deleted, removed everything from the website and reinstalled and it is now working at home but does perform correctly at my job - maybe it has something to do with the firewall or other security features at work?
Thanks!

Hi,
I just ran a test on your page and it processed quickly. As to why it does not work from your work environment - it could well be something to do with the set up there. I will run a 2nd test from a different environment later today.
Best

Just ran a test from a windows phone on a mobile network and it worked fine.
I see you are using supermint theme. Put your form on a test page that uses the core elemental theme. If it works you have a clash with the theme.
