Looking at your site in console, you have a lot of insecure warnings relating to Google Fonts:

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://edv-haus.de/' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Abel'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

This could well be blocking your script from running.

Also, your add does not work with another theme - a solution is not your answer, I'll give it back and will not recommend it

The add-on works - it is installed on several hundred websites. Do you have a link to the other site it is installed on?

There has to be an issue local to your site...

Looks like you've bought a 5.6 add-on for a 5.7+ site - this is why you wont be able to get this to work. Refunding now. ;)
