Form Data not Logging and No Email Confirmation

I've had this add-on installed on a website that I manage for quite a few months now. Suddenly, last week, when a user fills out a form associated with the add-on, the form data is no longer logged in the database and no confirmation email is sent. They are still passed along to PayPal to complete the transaction, so I get notification once the PayPal portion is complete. However, none of the data filled out in the form is kept in the dashboard/database. Any ideas?

I tried working through the steps presented on that page and do not believe that I had any luck. All permissions on the directories/files look good. When I go to load the URL for the ipn_listener.php file, I do not get anything. The browser just sits in a continuously loading phase. Not sure if I am supposed to see something on the screen at that point.
Any other suggestions? I have a customer who uses this on a daily basis and they are in a bit of a tight spot at the moment.

Resolved by replacing the ipn_listener.php file from a previous backup. Somehow, the file size had changed. As soon as I replaced the file, things started working again.
Please upgrade to version 1.4.3 which requires Concrete 5.5+. Thanks, and I apologize for the issue.
