Forms stopped worked correctly - no answer received

Hi,
We have posted 2 messages to existing support thread for paypal forms with payments but have received no reply or acknowledgement from you.
We don't receive the information on the forms after payment is complete. We get an acknowledgement from Paypal that payment is completed but the complete form is not in the dashboard report. This has been on-going for several days - previously it worked fine and just suddenly stopped and we have customers using these forms all the time and so is urgent.
Can you get back to us??!

It looks like your version of the add-on is 5 versions old. Can I upgrade to the latest version of Forms With PayPal Payment? Or is there a reason you didn't upgrade?
I don't know of any reason. Will it keep all the old information from the forms if we update it?
You won't lose any information. You should always keep all your add-ons up-to-date. I go ahead and upgrade it. In the future, you can upgrade to new versions at:http://www.sportingeventsuk.com/index.php/dashboard/extend/update/...

Still not working. Same problem exists.
Also, this new version has the form in a larger nasty bold text for the questions. How can this be changed?
What's the URL of the page with the form?

The styling of the add-on is being changed by custom css that you have in your template. I assume the purpose of that css is for the standard Form block (likehttp://sportingeventsuk.co.uk/contact-us/),... but since it's using some of the same css classes it affects both.
There's an existing problem with the site, that may be related. Can you fix this error and let me know when you're done?

Hi, it is connected. Still having the problem. This really does need fixing, it's getting embarrassing now with our customers - three weeks later and no resolution.

The URL that you just sent is different from the one you gave me earlier. One is .uk and one is .com, that UK one is giving the error of not being connected. Are you using the .com url exclusively now or both urls?
Could you please PM an FTP login I can use?
