How to allow site visitor to choose one-time/recurring payment

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I see that you can choose one-time or recurring payments when setting up the form. How can it be set up so that the site visitor can choose one-time or recurring? This is for a non-profit site that accepts donations, and the client want the potential donor to be able to sign up for monthly donations.

Also, if someone signs up for recurring payments, how do they cancel those recurring payments? For example, someone chooses to pay monthly, but 3 months down the road decides to discontinue. There should be a way for them to go to the same form where they signed up to pay to change their payment options. Is there a chance this could integrate with a c5 user account?

Thanks for any insight you can provide.

There is currently no way for the customer to choose between single/recurring payment. You would have to have to different forms and direct them accordingly.

If a customer wanted to cancel his/her subscription, they would need to go to PayPal and cancel it from there. You can include a link on the form or somewhere to the cancel page for their subscription. The link should be:

https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_subscr-find&alias=[X]...

Replace "[X]" with the email address associated with *your* paypal account. Replace the "@" in your email with "%40". And, if you have any periods (".") in your email address, replace each one with "%2e".
