question set id empty?

Hi There,
Seem to be running into issues with form submissions not saving any information. Payments are being received but with no information to attach to. Reviewing the logs the following error is present:
Exception Occurred: .../packages/forms_with_paypal_payment/blocks/form_with_paypal_payment/controller.php:219 Oops, something is wrong with the form you posted (it doesn't have a question set id). (0)
The input value for qsID seems to exist but for whatever reason it is not being retrieved by
$qsID = intval($_POST['qsID']);
This issues seemed to have started in July so I don't know if it has something to do with a conflict with a core update or something. Anyway any help would be much appreciated.
