Sending Confirmation eMails

Permalink Browser Info Environment
I've created a form to permit people to register for an event and then pay via PayPal. I am receiving the notifications from PayPal that payments are being received. How can I receive a copy of the registration information? I have not confirmed that the registrants are receiving the confirmation email. When I look in the Forms with PayPal reports, it shows there have been 0 submissions and yet I've received payments from 11 people.

Thanks for your assistance.

As an update. I have confirmed that no one is receiving the confirmation emails from the Forms With PayPal app. Both the "Notify me by email when someone completes payment? " and "Send confirmation/receipt email to user after payment?" options are checked. None of the registrants have received the confirmation email, nor have I received a confirmation email.

Running into the same problem. IPN url has been tested using PayPal IPN Simulator and handshake is confirmed. Emails are not being sent to site admin or purchaser with details of purchase.

Forms With Paypal report is not recording new transactions since October 2016.

Please advise!

I'm seeing the same problem now myself. The form data is not being emailed nor is it appearing in the logs or reports. It seems this problem began when I moved the site to a new server. I have deleted and recreated the forms with no change in behavior.
