Ad Blockers On Some Browsers
Permalink Browser Info Environment
Hi,
I am a developer at ExRx.net, we have been using your Hutman Ads ad-on for a very long time. We recently noticed some browsers used by our users block customized Ads from Hutman ad-on. After testing for a while a staff member identified that some CSS classes you have used to design the ads are getting picked by a bot hence used to block our Ads.
We were requesting if it's possible to update your CSS classes to something else under which there's no ads named in them, e.g hutman-ads should be something else {hutman-product}. Possibly this could solve this issue. Your advises will also be highly appreciated.
Thanks

While we do not intend to change the class names on our add-on you are certainly welcome to override them within your application.
To do this you need to copy the hutman_ads/blocks/BLOCK_NAME/view.php to application/blocks/BLOCK_NAME/view.php and adjust the class names there.
Your BLOCK_NAME will either be hutman_ads_display or hutman_single_ad_display depending on which block you are using.
Thanks.
