Title Text Issues

Using this on a project, and ran into a couple things.
1. Title text is limited to only 20 characters on input. The database allows 255, so the form text input needs to be increased from 20 to 255.
2. This is more of a request, but the title text restricts HTML input (h function). I had to remove the h function, as I wanted to put a break tag in between words.

Yes I shortened the title text to 20 characters because the CSS styling doesn't fit a title larger than 20....
But once you add a <br> I imagine you could fit more...
